Flooring done right
Throughout this 800+ square feet basement I have installed vinyl plank flooring. Vinyl planks have come a long way since the vinyl on a roll. They not only look great but are 100% waterproof which make them ideal for basements.

Roof before
As you can clearly see from this picture, the shingles are cracked and weathered and have seen better days. It's definitely time to replace them before they start letting water through.
